It was good. Got my drink done perfectly and pretty quickly.

No changing table which definitely sends a message that they don't really care about babies or moms with babies. Bathroom was really dirty, no seat covers in the dispenser, hair on sink, very dirty floor. I ordered the same drink I always get at Starbucks and it did not have a consistent taste. Tables were dirty too. Disappointing!

It's either SBUX or Panera when I'm in Colorado Springs. SBUX won today. Corner unit that's on the small side, with limited seating options. Pretty busy Briargate location.

I guess this would count as my "local" Starbucks. It's the closest to the house but sadly it doesn't have a drive through do to it location. The lack of a drive through and ability to find a close spot to park during weekday mornings when I'm looking to grab a quick coffee causes me to really only come here on the weekend. The baristas are always nice and tend to have some very interesting conversations! Te weekends offers a fairly empty space and allows you to just sit and chill to enjoy your beverage of choice. If you come during the week there is usually a sea of laptops and iPads with folks tip-tapping away while consuming some java. So are talking to themselves (Bluetooth) and others are just simply people watching while trying to look like they are actually being productive. I for one just enjoy people watching...and this Starbucks is one of the best to do just that.

The only thing I don't like about it is that it's hard to get to, you have to meander around the parking lot at the Shops at Briargate to get there. Then there's the fact that 85% of the parking spaces are sized for "compact" cars, and someone in an Expedition is taking up two of them. But if you're at the Shops anyway, stop by and take a break. The views of the USAF Academy and the mountains are hard to beat.

Perfectly adequate service and coffee -- just what you'd expect from Starbucks.

I just ordered a tall iced chai as my husband and I were headed to a Friday night football game. I received my drink and there was so much ice (from top to bottom) that there was barely any tea in it. I asked the man behind the counter if he could remake it for me with less ice. He did but not without an attitude and a scolding on how I should have ordered it with "light ice". I appreciate that information and will know now for next time. I took my new drink (which was watered down) and thanked him for his trouble. My husband and I sat in the chairs over by the window by the doors closest to the parking lot. Just as soon as I sat down this rude man (who made my drink) went into detail talking to the female working the register about how it made him mad that I asked for him to remake my drink and how I accidentally spilled some of my tea on the bar that he was not happy to clean up. He kept staring at me with this evil stare and had a very rude demeanor about him that did not make me feel welcome nor at peace as I sat enjoying my time with my husband. Because of that, we decided to leave. I have to say, I have never experienced such an attitude and rude behavior from a Starbucks employee, nor have I had one give me the dirtiest of looks. If it was possible he would have shot fire out of his eyes. I would not recommend this store as long as this guy is working in it! I didn't dare go back to get a new tea the second time in fear of having the guy chew me out for complaining or being a "pain in his ass". Whatever happened to customer service? These young people sure need a lesson in respect and courtesy. It's a good thing the employees don't work on commission, he would be broke! By the way, the guy's name was Eliot!

Stopped in here for morning caffeine on the way to a business meeting. Ordered a Grande coffee with room for cream. Strong and delicious! There is a decent amount of space here to hang out and work.

This particular location seems to have its stuff together. They work through the morning rush pretty quickly. Tables outside are always full it seems. Not super large inside either.

Two times, now, they have forgotten to put the flavoring in my latte. I specifically asked for a flavor, it was written on the side of my cup, but it was not added. Some of the staff look and act like they have been sucking on a sour pickle.

Hadn't had anything to eat or drink in 6 hours since I woke up. Stopped here for my "usual" (Venti Passion Tea Lemonade, Sweetened) and a chocolate chip cookie. Why four stars? - I did not have to drag some funky bathroom key to the men's restroom (and the restroom was clean) - The cookie was nice and soft (not hard because it's been sitting in a fridge or just been taken out of the freezer). - Internet service was quick. - Got a view of the mountains. - They made the drink EXACTLY how I like it. Not overly sweet or watered down with only a hint of sugar. Will come back again!

Yes, it is another SB, but this one does have a great view (if you sit outside) of the mountains and the USAF Academy.. Great weather the day I stopped by - CO in the summertime is hard to beat.
